After being snubbed twice by Blackpool at the end of the January transfer window, it looks like Liverpool have finally met the asking price for Blackpool's Charlie Adam. The fee is rumored to be 9 million pounds.
Adam will travel to Anfield for a medical and to discuss personal terms. However, reportedly Adam wants to join Liverpool, so this isn't thought to be a big deal. Blackpool held on to him during their relegation battle last year, but they were demoted anyway. Hard to imagine Adam wouldn't want to be back in the Premier League with a high profile club.
