MajorLeagueSoccer.com reported Thursday that Sporting KC has been a dealt another large blow on the injury front. Captain Davy Arnaud will miss the next 4-6 weeks. He'll be having sports hernia surgery Wednesday in LA.
Arnaud played as a sub in Sporting's US Open Cup match earlier this week but the pain seems to be finally getting the better of him. He's been dealing with the injury since preseason.
Sporting has recently gotten Omar Bravo back from the same injury. Arnaud had started 14 of 15 matches for Sporting this season.
