MLS is reporting that the New York Red Bulls have indeed made a move to stabilize their deteriorating situation at 'keeper. They have signed former Hamburger SV man Frank Rost as their third DP. Given his DP status, he is likely to step right in and start.
Rost has 4 CAPS for the German National Team. He also has nearly 20 years experience in the Bundesliga. Rost also boasts appearances in the UEFA Champions League and the Europa League.
I think this is a pretty good move for Red Bulls, perhaps comparable to the Union bringing in Mondragon.
