Liverpool are looking even stronger for the new EPL season after two moves were finalized this week.
First off, they landed Goal Keeper Alexander Doni from Roma. The Reds are excited about this because it will let some of their younger keepers gain experience out on loan. Plus, Pepe Reina is just coming off surgery.
Second, they finalized their move for England International Stewart Downing from Aston Villa. Downing had made it clear that he wanted out of Villa Park, and Liverpool finally hit on the right price, rumored to be about 20 million pounds.
The Reds are currently on a preseason tour of Asia.
