Six FIFA members accused of misconduct in WC 2018/2022 voting.

Well, I'm sure NOBODY saw this coming, right?

The British government has been looking into misconduct allegations during the bidding process for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups. Citing unpublished evidence uncovered by The Sunday Times, the Brits are accusing two members from the Ivory Coast cand Cameroon of taking 1.5 million dollar bribes to vote for Qatar. Qatar beat out the United States for the 2022 Cup. Also, at least four other members are accused of ethical misconduct through the whole affair.

FIFA president Sepp Blatter has said he will act on punishing the members if the evidence is presented. Too bad it won't get the USA and the UK back all the money we wasted.

Here in SLC we know all about this stuff. Think 2002 Winter Olympics.
